I don't have a college degree. Can I still get hired at Amazon?

Not really just depends on what position that it requires for. I have been a professional delivery at Amazon. At the beginning during training I was scared that I wouldn't pass to the next level to get the job. I seen highly educated people with reading books before class and I'm thinking they already have the job. I stand on what I want, focused, and passed everything of a job well done. What's crazy was most of the degree students was dropping out like flies. If you focus, take notes, and study well then you maybe the best. It's ok to ask questions, but remembering your study may show that your smart than a degree. We all learn something new everyday and management ask questions too. Amazon really train you CDL without the CDL.

Yes you can, some positions do require some type of degree but there's alot more that dont.

Yes

SAN3 had very few people with any college degree. Also many did not speak English. Even a high school degree or GED may not be required. Main requirement was ability to repetitively lift during an entire shift. Otherwise, talent in schmoozing with key low level staff was useful.

Yes

I think so..

Yes, Many of my fellow workers at SLC2 did not have any higher education. In fact Amazon will pay for certain college classes you enroll in while working there. My friend Eddie was taking Lit and Algebra classes when I left.

Yes

That's illegal. I would bring up charges on the manager
