Do you think it’s better to have dedicated staff that train new employees or would they be better off shadowing senior employees in the role?
I thank a paid company crew should train new employees
Nothing like training your replacement that’s gonna work for less.
Definitely paid trainers I think makes for better work relations
Training
A paid training crew, a senior employee may know quite a bit but used to doing things their way sometimes. After the training they will always be available to answer questions you may have
I need a Jod
I'm too nice I rememberd when my old supervisor ask me to show the new guy what to do then it ends up to be 2 week training my fault didn't realize I should of ask for a raise to train lol
Deberían darles la oportunidad de aprender ya que personal que no tiene experiencia puede ser mucho mejor que los que tienen experiencia
Dedicated staff to train with senior employee oversight
I feel the company should have a paid staffing crew to train it's new employees. Company trainees are considered Precepts. I was once a paid Precept at my primary job. I was honored to be chosen to train the ,"newbees" assisting them too acknowledge their job duties successfully.
