Explain to the new employer that I have to give two weeks notice no matter what because if it’s a great company, they will hold that position for you any company would want you to give your 2 weeks notice even your current employer.
Respectfully talk to your future employer that as a professional want to give 2 weeks notice if they don’t understand maybe you need to work there
