How do you handle it when someone tries to pull you into taking sides at work?

Don’t take sides, what’s right is right and what’s wrong or unfair is just simply that, keep your individuality.

When someone tries to pull me into taking sides at work, I handle it with clarity, calm, and neutrality. First, I pause and listen without agreeing.Second, I redirect the conversation to facts and outcomes, not personalities.Third, I set a respectful boundary. I stay neutral, stay professional, and stay focused on solutions—not sides.

I'm here to work not the counselors did other employees I am to do my job I'm not here to take sides with anybody else

I handle it with calm clarity and listen then I talk

I'm not in it go to HR let them handle it

Just common sense you might need training on the chemicals to use but other than that common sense

It's just you might need training on the chemicals to know what they're used for and not used for but basically just common sense

I take one side my lead man what he says goes otherwise use cominsence do your job the way you've been trained

Stay neutral. Don't take sides.
There are no sides, there is right and wrong. Sometimes people believe they are right no matter what. People need to learn that there are two sides to a story. Both sides might be right.
