I would pick a kind boss any day of the week over more money. You can always earn more but you can't always find an awesome boss.

To be honest it really depends, I could sit down and create a graph that shows the amount of stuff I could deal with for set amounts of money but at the same time if I'm making six figures there's not a lot someone can do that would get me to quit my job. But if I'm only making $7.25 I'll quit over a little things.

To put it a little easier when I made $8 an hour I quit because the boss screamed in my face in front of staff. At $16 an hour I let the boss get away with it and didn't quit Yes I reported him to HR which went nowhere but as my salary increases I deal with more and more with ease.

At the end of the day if I can support me and my family on my salary then I'll stay at a company even if they disrespect me or are just all around a crappy boss, at least until I find a job that pays better. For the most part it's only 40 hours a week I can deal with that and let whatever happens just roll off my back.

A great, inspirational boss that treats his team well. A crappy boss is a skimming boss. If his is making money, chances are he is making it unethically.

Great boss! Statistically bad bosses are the #1 reason people leave their jobs - even if they love the work and make good money 😣

Even though financial obligations come into play, I would choose the inspirational boss. I truly don't do well with disrespect so that would be a major challenge for me. Do unto others...

Definitely, a kind boss as for some, money does not buy happiness!. A stressful, toxic environment can cause serious help issues, not sure if any amount of money would compensate for that!.. but to each his own!… Happiness is the new Rich!!. Peace and blessing

A dream job is all about who you work with. Those you work with become like your family. Sometimes you spend more time or just as much time with them as you do with your family. At least that is how it has been for me. Some have even become life time friends!!!

I wouldn;t mind more money but I definitely don't want a bad boss. Then you'll end up fired because you will prob fight with them.
