@Bill Branstetter Hello Bill, the most useful tip I found was the advice about Applicant Tracking System resumes, I’ve been spreading this like a wild fire to assist others as this had a huge positive impact on my own job hunt.

@Bill Branstetter, the tips I've learned about how to revamp my resumes as an older worker have been really helpful and I have passed that information on to others within the Aged to Succeed group. Tips such as refining my skill set for each job and not including 30 years worth of customer service experience has helped to not age my resume. Also understanding that soft skills are considered super transferable and are of interest to recruiters.
