I worked for a state University/healthcare facility and there were a lot of perks that went with that job. Often they will reimburse you for your continuing education as long as your grade point average is above a certain level. That can help you move into better paying jobs as you go along.

Have you interviewed with them yet? A good question to ask them during an interview is to ask whether or not the position provides room for advancement. Otherwise, I’d think health, vision, dental insurance plus an IRA should be enough to accept the job!
