What is salary?

Salary is being paid to do the job you are given, not the hours it takes you. Example, you are a secretary and the typical hourly wage is $12 an hour. At the end of a 40 hour week you will have earned $480. If you take time off, say two hours, you will have earned $24 less. If you work more than your standard 40 hours you will get overtime, because you worked over your standard 40 hour week. If you were on ‘salary’ they may pay you the equivalent amount of $480 but if you work more than 40 you will not get overtime pay. Also if you had that Dr’s appointment and had to come in two hours late, you won’t get docked that $4.

Seriously?

Salary is where you agree on a set amount of pay, and you only have to work at least 85 hours a week and you are free to do whatever you want with the rest of the time.

if you can afford salary kudos to you. bad side of salary is they might make you work more than monday through friday companies might ask you to work through your weekend. if it is mandatory then you have no choice but to work. there are guidelines that need to be met while being on salary

You work from home, do not earn minimum wage, but zero dollars per hour. Earn a constant weekly rate. And lastly, you get a work vehicle!
I will only work for pay by the hour they can work u like a slave for hardly any pay which isn't right. BUT it's your choice good luck everyone
