90% of the time they always ask did you fill out an application online well a lot of people like myself it's 63 years old we don't know a lot about online so people my age have a hard time getting a job as I found it to be
2 college degrees & 35+yrs exp. & Can't get an interview

A lot of scam going on
Having to go online for everything nowadays people my age up in their 60s I don't know a lot about the internet and computers so it's very seldom that they hire elderly people first

So true!! Good ole' paper applications & a actual phone conversation & A real face to face interview would be so NICE LIKE THE GOOD OLE' DAYS!!! IVE HAD THE HARDEST TIME NOT APPLYING.BUT WITH EVERYTHING AFTER WARDS FROM OFFER LETTTER --- TO START DATE IS SO RIDICULOUS TO NAVIGATE!!! I LITTERLY HAD TO CALL AND SAY LOOK THIS ISNT WORKING WHAT CAN BE DONE! I couldn't believe it she said I'm going set up up for a on-site interview!! What a amazingly beautiful surprise!!!!! So appreciated !! Im thinking🤔 not too many company's would do this!!!...
