Be enthusiastic, ask questions and have a "Y" story or a Reason why you want to help with the ymca mission.

Sorry I’m just now seeing this. When I interviewed it was my first time And I was very nervous. You should be confident, straight forward, and enthusiastic. Also show them why they should hire you and what you will bring to them. I Hope this helped. GOOD LUCK!

Be enthusiastic, energetic, but most of all be yourself. Tell the hiring manager why you would be a great asset for the YMCA and the members.

Just relax and be yourself! If you have trouble with eye contact you can always look at their nose or their forehead.

My first real job was working at the YMCA. First it depends on which job you are applying for. Do you have any experience in what you are applying for?
