Absolutely. I cannot work under management that sees me only as a body to fill a needed role. I won't work in a position that doesn't offer me the opportunity to be fully engaged in my role regardless of the money.

Raised on retail, former entertainment assistant, seeking new opportunities

If I ever walk away, it's usually because of a better offer. However, there was one time where a potential employer didn't mention that I'd have to work weekends until the job offer. Throughout the process, it was understood that the role was scheduled for Monday–Friday until the last possible minute.

I was offered a full time position as a driver but due to my benefits I can only make a certain amount of money per month so I walked away no part time position available but they did tell me if my situation changes the job will be there for me

Yes, Integrity is more important than power, or money. We all have to answer to the Creator Y-H-W-H some day, no matter what the belief. I want Y-H-W-H Shai to say, "Well done My good and faithful servant. Enter into your rest.."
