Some States and within the last 50 Labor laws were upgraded by the Federal Dept. Of Labor, for children protection. Restricted employment were 13,14,15 couldn't work full time, part time with restrictions. Safety reasons. #teenagers, find you age limits status to the State Employment Office. Food store, warehouse storage, farmer.

Yes.

I don't think it's a question of Yes or No! The rules vary depending upon the particular age of the minor and the particular job involved. As a general rule, the FLSA sets 14 years old as the minimum age for employment and limits the number of hours worked by minors under 16.
see Youth and Labor: Age Requirements - U.S. Department of Labor
Let's suppose you do a Google search for Federal Dept. Of Labor, for children's protection.

No

Yes, a person can be too young to be hired if they're not of legal age to work. The other rub is that a person who is younger might not have the experience that an employer is looking for in certain roles. For first time job seekers it's best to find the entry level roles for a first time job.

Yes
