I did an online application for PetSmart and I was wondering how long does it take to get an answer from you all. I wanted to know if I was able to work there?
I'm not sure how long it was that I put an application in but I put 2 in cause the second one did not go through cause I called to see if my first application went in and the manager from PetSmart told me that they didn't get it so I put in another application in and no one has call me or text me. I really want to work for PetSmart but if no one is going to contact me I will find another job.
Hi @Natasha Hughes , how long has it been since you applied? Applicants should follow up within about 48-72 hours after submitting their cover letter and resume. You can call the store directly or stop by in person to check in with the store manager about your application status.
When you connect with the manager be prepared to share the workdays and hours you're available to work and make sure you ask if there are other immediate hiring opportunities if the job role you applied for has been filled and/or closed.
