Constantly having people leave. Constantly hiring people. No real training structure for new hires.

Huge turn over rate because the executives pass the buck and dont do their own jobs, Call them Cattle Companies because they herd you in one door and herd out the other one

Yes and the job was awful. Red flag was the boss came in two hours late every single day but if you were late even once he'd write you up.

I should have backed out the minute I said yes. The so called company that offered me the job was as unprofessional as anything. Non-negotiable deals and people leaving faster that you can blink your eyes. Some idiot who was the owner, came to assert himself on everyone by putting people down and critiquing every call that was made. Not a professional environment by any means. Glad I left that stupid call center. Most ridiculous jobs ever.

My old boss right in the interview told me he was planning to fire a sales person and was complaining about them to me. I took the job anyway. 7 months later i quit.

Hiring manager wanted to meet in secret, once hired, I saw what a control freak he was. For example, everyone's desk had to be set up exactly the same way....stapler here, tape there.... I got another job right away!
