Where do you draw the line between being helpful and being taken advantage of at work?

Most businesses have a no bullying tolerance policy. If it is that bad, take it to your boss. If they do not answer, make a formal complaint with HR.

I ask questions. I don't get taken advantage of. I educate and work as a team. Figure out the problem, see if the person who is bullying you or taking advantage of you is having a problem, and help them. Nurses take care of their own. Check on them another day. Team nursing and sticking together on your unit decreases fatigue nursing and burnout risks.

Go to the boss and tell him or her about it

When everything I do outside my original job description becomes an expectation instead of appreciated!

When you helpful there’s no more you can do

Occasionally helping coworkers to help the team. But when favortism Employee can feel thier being taken advantage of.

Being the only one working the job and not getting recognized.

When I see that I'm really doing all the work while you're trying to tell me what to do or how to do it

not bullying cero tolerance, anything talks to your supervisor or team's leader, or write the complain and go HR
All have to be balance and in benefits of both parts. I do my work well and I expect appreciation and respect.
