
Do you have pain from doing your job?
I was a cashier for just a few months at a grocery store and developed wrist pain. Thank goodness for my awesome coworker who warned me about "carpal tunnel". I found these exercises to help with wrist pain as a cashier.

The job I have is very physical jumping in and out of a 30 ft box truck and crawling up on a towmotor so my knees and and feet take a punishment. So I would have to say that, Advil shock absorbent shoes and take your time because us older folks need too.This was a great question Jennifer.i had to think about this one.

Not as much pain as a guy does from not having one. Nothing to treat those symptoms.

I worked on a friend's farm many years ago and believe it or not to help my back everyday before work I would spend like 10 mins stretching. Over time it made a big difference.

Definitely could have used these tips back in my cashier days! My tip to people who work indoors is to step outside at least once. Focus is great, but focus and fresh air is better.
