What motivates you when external recognition is limited?
I keep in mind,I'm not helping others for ' accolades or recognition... Just helping others and being kind,showing others compassion, understanding, respect and sincere empathy. Comes naturally for me. :)

The drive to help people and to do the best job you can possibly do
External recognition is a rarity, self motivation is and has always been my solution. Client relationships build trust, resolving any concerns as a top priority add to those relationships creating satisfaction for myself and the client.
As long as no one is complaining that’s kudos enough for me.

My family
i am not looking for recognitions...
While it is daunting or frustrating to receive recognition, at the end of the day sometimes you have to motivate yourself and to continue to support your familly.
The main thing is that I am working for other people I’m not seeking accolades. I am demonstrating the ability to do the job that I was hired to do.
