Yes, expanding your level of education on a career choice not only give you a higher financial pay but also gives you a moral standard of being dependent on the goals one set for themselves. It also develops values such as respect for diversity, learning and hardwork.

Kai, I would take advantage of the education reimbursement program. It's money you save towards your degree. They only pay for the courses if you pass, so if you fail you pay. They like to see a person move up in the company. The truth of the matter is most people move on after they get their credentials.

My old company had the tuition reimbursement and no one used it except me. I got three degrees going to school at night, all paid by the company. Others tried it but their managers gave them a hard time with it, they didn't want their subordinates above them.
