Generally speaking, giving a fake job reference is a form of fraud 🤷♂️

It's true you should never fake a reference, to the people that have never done it....it does work if the person you use gives you a good reference. I know several people that have done it and got hired.

I agree with most of the other replies. It's never appropriate. Faking a reference will NOT get you hired.

I applied in may still no unemployment

Like the man said Never

Never

Always tell the truth or it will get you in the end

I’m so sorry for your loss, well I’m 47 yrs old, I’ve been in the restaurant business or sales my entire life, I went through a terrible divorce where my husband left me for a younger. Rich woman w/ no children. So I fell apart when he took my children being a recovering addict, I fell off the wagon and now a convicted felon from drug charges, I’m sober now of 3 yrs but can’t find work anywhere due to my felonies and past job history . I just want a second chance and am qualified in so many areas. Does anyone know places in Milledgeville Ga that hires felons. Anywhere maybe that I’m not dealing with food. My back just can’t handle that line of work anymore?
@Steven Ransom I wouldn't under most circumstances use a fake reference service to help getting me getting a job. I feel like you could be hired and then time into your new job BAM they come at you for this lie that you told just to get the job. I would have to be very desperate to use this type of service and have to fill confident that I wouldn't be found out.
