Varies upon which department you work for. I started in the fitting room and in apparel, then went to GM side, now am the claims supervisor. But like many places right now I feel like lack of employees & good help is a huge problem....& Competitive wages. When I started for Walmart we had one of the highest start pays....and now....one of the lowest.

In this job market find yourself a better job or get some job Training 🙂

Yes I definately do need a job.

Rude customer

Either adjust to a business plan or go elsewhere. Not all jobs are a fit unless you make them so.

The above Job Offer is a SCAM. They ask you to buy a Steam card upfront. They only communicate on WhatsApp. Big Red Fllag!!!Beware!!!!!!!

crappy pay , crappy benefits .

Being new to the job and a customer ask where something is and you don't know

I trying my best
People are extremely judgy about anyone working for Walmart// people treat you like shit because of it.
Work wise, understaffed, unrealistic work loads (especially if you’re a hard worker, you’re expected to make up for others who under work) the pay sucks, difficult to get time off but they want you to constantly come in to help them out.
That being said I loved my coworkers and almost all the management I had made it worth it. It was my first job as a teenager and it had its bad sides but I moved up quickly and learned a lot about managing which helped me looking elsewhere. Honestly miss a lot of how Walmart was run (technical side, like handhelds, the label system and scanning things into sections when you do MODS) other companies I find really lacking in comparison. Just wish corporate was less trash to the employees. A lot of good ideas but not great execution.
