Yes, I have ghosted an employer as a result of my overtime pay not being included on my Check for 3 consecutive weeks. I had spoke with Payroll about the issue and STILL no compensation. So I walked with my tool bag from Bellevue, OH. to Clyde, OH. Come to find out the woman in charge of Payroll was in fact stealing from the Company. I never recieved my pay but it did make me feel betterto know I wasn'twrong in my assumption that something was off and I didn't overreact as everyone felt so obligated to tell me.
