Team structure from what I experienced in getting hired is, punctuality respect, patient, a bit of sense of humor, serious, team players, gets right to Buisness make sure and ask of any questions, gets their job done I haven't had any bad experiences with the job they welcome everyone, everyone is treated equally and that's a lot of reasons why I stay employed for this length 9f time , there's a lot of other information that you can apply to your job and life, benefits, medical it's a win win situation. At the 3nd of the day you are helping people, elderly, handicap, disabled, young, old you are living a life to help make differences . You go beyond, do more than your job rather a personal associate your assisting or a complete stranger we really are one big team working towards the same goals, giving back, living, caring, meeting new people co workers. With in-home servers care providers they take care of the recipients and things like that like if they need to get fed wash their clothes bathe them if they're bedridden there you see in a common lesson home or something like that but they have some that are at home also or you have to rotate them back and forth and things like that.

They are there to support any questions or concerns and updates our providers and recipients my have as well as staying in tune with recipients care and providers help and info line to members and staff
