When you receive an offer, do you accept immediately, negotiate terms, or take time to think about it?

If I haven't asked all of the questions and received the answers to verify the position is a fit for me and my career path by the time an offer is made, then I haven't done my part and have wasted their time and mine! If I wanted an offer, I would have been asking them what else they needed to verify that I was the right choice and provided them anything necessary to get that offer. So YES! I would immediately accept the offer and thank them for selecting ME... and assure them that I will do everything I can to make them happy with their choice!!

It would depend on whether or not I am in the position to negotiate. If I need a job immediately, than I'll accept the offer. If I not, then I would negotiate prior to acceptance.

I take time to consider the offer. It's best to be confident and enthusiastic about a job proposition before you commit yourself and have people depending on you.
