How can I show interviewers I'm ready for a Surgical Technologist job? I have a Degree in Applied Science majored in Surgical Technology in 2009. Never worked in the field. How do I get back on track? Desperate to be engaged with this craft.

Apply at a hospital that is willing to take you without experience like University Hospital. I believe they need surgical techs right now. If you are willing to learn and put in the hard work, you should do fine
