It is a long process fill out the application they want 10 years of where you lived. 10 years of job history. They also look into your credit report and your arrest record. Once you they call you. You must take and pass a drug test. And they interview twice in the same day. Resume with any all qualifications that you can do the job. But it is a great job.

For me I was hired quickly after doing background check, job references, like one of the gentlemen said it also depends on the job and qualifications. Raytheon was a great place to work.

It depends on your qualifications and the openings they have.
