Have a disability
Lowe's and Home Depot both do and they have great pay and benefits.
I understand your issue antwaun! I an actively seeking work but on work-release house arrest for setting my husbands truck on fire. Not my best moment. It's embarassing and frustrating when i have to ask employers if they are willing to give me a chance. It's frustrating because they do not know the circumstsnces surrounding my crime and do not seem to want to understand them. Sometimes, on indeed, if you read through the job description, it will say that they are willing to consider persons with a criminal history on an individual basis. It's hard, but keep looking. I just wanted to reach out and tell you your not alone. I understand your issue and i empathize. I wish you luck. Most franchised 7-11's do not do background checks. Again, good luck and best wishes!
Thank you for the opportunity, but I'm not interested.
Jobcase has a second chance resource center. Here is a quick video on how to get to it: https://youtu.be/WRkUL-EaEpc
apply for disability and file with the EEOC if you feel you can trust those people get into counseling to establish medical records that would substantiate the case for a disability based on gender discrimination and refusal to cooperate with perpetuating gender role inequality for personal gain advancement in a company or to appease or gain favor from some guy/s or just to receive a paycheck there's more to life than seeking a paycheck and adhering to clinging to conformity just for a paycheck it actually makes a person seem totally dependent dork just to go along with the paycheck obligation when many of these jobs are so easy the actual job can be learning in 10 minutes or one day on the job
If you are talking about having been convicted of a crime, google "jobs for people with convictions." So much comes up! I hope you find something! Everyone deserves a second chance!
Not sure where u r located but Milford Parkway behind the warehouse of Jeff Wyler I believe it is it’s called SPA they are a Second chance company I think they start out at $15.50 an hour but I will tell you their team leads are the nastiest leads I’ve ever came across I worked there for two weeks and quit!! No I did not need a second chance but quite a few of my friends that work there did and that’s how I found out about the job they will not allow you to go to your car for nothing because it is a Second Chance company make sure you take everything indoors with you lunch drinks whatever it is your cigarettes if you smoke they do allow you to go into a fenced in area to smoke your own camera all day long!!
