How will working a Healthcare Consultant job help me grow a career?
As an RN Soecialist of Multi-Site / Operational Management; Post Acute Care - I relocated to the Charlotte NC area & cannot find work in the state (or states)!
I started as a direct care nurse at first; but find myself one year later - making little progress in finding a career that challenges me!
Can you give me advice on how to get noticed out there (outside of AI)??? Or better yet, can you refer me?
Are you aware of companies - looking for a strong Regional Leader? Consultant or Surveyor?! I am willing to join a team as an entry level auditor, if needed.

Working as a Healthcare Consultant can help you grow your career by expanding your skills in analyzing healthcare systems, implementing process improvements, and providing strategic solutions to organizations. This role can also give you broader exposure to different healthcare settings and challenges, which can enhance your knowledge and expertise in the field.
To get noticed in the job market, consider networking with professionals in the healthcare industry, updating your resume and LinkedIn profile, and applying to job openings on platforms like Jobcase, Indeed, LinkedIn, and company career sites. Tailor your applications to highlight your experience as an RN Specialist in multi-site operational management and emphasize your willingness to take on new challenges and roles within healthcare consulting.
As for specific companies hiring for roles like Regional Leader, Consultant, or Surveyor, you can search for opportunities on Jobcase, as well as other job search providers mentioned above. Consider reaching out to staffing agencies specialized in healthcare placements and attending industry events to connect with potential employers. Best of luck in your job search!
