I would say working in a toxic environment may drain my energy. Working with rude or overbearring bosses may make me more anxious.

Longevity, Something I can depend on to keep me stable more than anything, even more than pay. I might not like the pay rate but if it's something I can count on I won't complain.

Down time creates negativity an affects productivity , there is always something that can be done and keep morale and team work active which generates positive morale and continued productivity

Disrespect in the workplace is draining, I break it down and handle it one person at a time with listening. Coaching and zero tolerance for bad behavior
