@Bill Branstetter In my opinion job positions should have compensation that are the same across the board. If a different position pays more then so be it, but it should be the same for everyone. This prevents discrimination, jealousy and nepotism in the organization. At my company, we reach top out pay after 2 years. But everyone gets paid the same once you top out.
