Has anyone else experienced having backpay denied when the were unable to apply due to the states computer not allowing them to until they called and spoke with someone I finally got registered May 24. My unemployment began March 14, 2020. owed $7,263?

Yes I am experiencing that when I try to certify for weekly benefits I receive a message that I have to speak to an agent and then  I hear the following  there are no agents available call back tomorrow.
