One would think welfare helps people, but that only helps people be dependent upon tge government, and is often more costly than it is true assistance. But in this case the government could of it were so inclined contaminate certain amounts of test kits in order to inflate covid numbers, and maintain the sense of chaos that it needs to mask its true ineptitude. At least until they can safely usher some of us into the next war or crisis they develop. Lastly if the government has all these free tests then why couldn't they have tested the hundreds of thousands/ millions of migrants they allowed to flood into the country? But would pit natural citizens against one another based on vaccine status? Smh
