In my opinion employees should NOT share your hourly pay in fact it's no one else's business. Sharing how much you earn can cause workplace disruption. Not everyone earns the same hourly wage. Different people have different or more advance education/experience than another and is pa is paid a larger amount than you do. This may/will cause friction between employees. Honestly I believe you are not supposed to
