I haven't worked since 2019,my fiance and I worked for the same company he got really sick with his serious liver disease,and then then pandemic came along,he has now passed on this Year, how do see if I qualify for unemployment?

I hadn't worked since 2011 and I filed last year.  They said I wasn't eligible and I withdrew my claim in December.  Last Friday I got a check for $2745.00  You never know until you apply
