I really enjoyed my starbucks interview. We spoke about my experience, tested some coffee, and about how I would fit into the scheduling there. I ended up not taking the job but it was an enjoyable interview for sure.

Are you in favor of unions? (JK, but wouldn't be surprised.)

Hi Jeffrey, my daughter works at Starbucks. She interviewed at at two different locations for a Barista position. One was very laid back, she was asked what hours she was interested in and her past experience, 10 minute interview. The second interview was more intense, she was asked specific questions such as , how she dealt with certain issues she had previously encountered with customers, what she liked the most about working as a barista, what she would do in different scenarios she was given, these are a few examples. I think it depends on the position you are interviewing for and the hiring manager at the location.
