I would first warn that coworker and give them a chance to immediately stop their behavior if they choose not to then I would inform the supervisor the co-workers behavior

If it don’t affect my pay it don’t affect my day. You people that want to run and tell your supervisor have issues that may come back to bite you. When the person shows up with homicidal tendencies and you’re in his sights you’ll know why. If it directly causes you to not be getting your job done.. then it’s time to take action. It is the responsibility of the supervisor and upper echelons to watch over their employees. If they’re not then it’s there problem.

I would address the coworker and explain to him what he is doing wrong, and tell him to reconsider what he's doing because it can lead to disciplinary actions from the company.

I must agree with Patricia, discuss issue with the employee and if they continue the bad behavior bring it up with the supervisor of the dept.

I would like to say I would also warn and wait however, I would speak with a supervisor and allow someone in authority to make the decision. If infact the companies policy is to warn and wait then they would document the incidence so if the problem did continue there would be a paper trail to support termination if that’s what needs to happen. It’s the fair way to handle most problems both for the employee and the company. There has to be clear limits set on any behaviors that effect the organization
