The law requires employers to make accommodations. You may face obstacles in getting hired, but once hired there should be no obstacles towards your performance on the job. Besides, these days, with most work done on the computer, mobility is not much of an issue.

Hard worker and determined individual to get the job done.

I would assume that you could do something such as data entry or some other computer skill that wouldn't require you to be on your feet. Maybe a customer service representative is a viable option but hey these are just suggestions.

Well. even if wheelchair-bound, if you can use your hands and eyes, you can do work on the computer.

A wheelchair is like an office chair, a seat. You may need some accommodation, but that's easily fixed if the employer is willing. And the key issue is if the employer is willing.

If you are a good and willing worker, with good attitude and aptitude, then make a compelling case that they should give you a chance and hire you--I would.
