What is the #1 thing you want in a new job?
A) Flexibility (WFH & schedule)
B) Opportunity for advancement
C) Feeling of community & belonging
D) Improving your life (skills and benefits)
E) Other

You want your enthusiasm to shine through. Introduce yourself, relentlessly, but you do not want to draw to much attention to yourself.

This should all be discussed during the interview process. They should ask you if you have any questions for them and you should be ready to ask about salary, vacation, 401 k, benefit package, etc... you don't want to leave a good paying job with benefits for one that isn't. Also, have a way to ask them if they have a constantly opening and closing door, chances are,if there have been many before you, they have things that need to get done before you need to work for them.

(E) that I actually get the job I've been looking for my first job because I'm 15 and I've been looking for weeks and weeks now and only one person has responded to me

D) benefits that help improve my quality of life are key for me

I want the same commitment as the employer does. people apply for a job and then get interviews and most people think I just need a job but a lot of times then employer needs a dedicated worker. So think about this? Have you ever interview the employer? Most people not. It's always a good idea to interview them because they are benefiting from you also the employee needs something in return. Like what they offer Wages, Insurance, Vacation time, 401K, and how well they treat their employees and so on and so fourth.
So Please think about that and there's nothing wrong for turning a job down because YOU ARE WORTH and have a lot to offer.
