As a TurboTax Live expert, you commit to an entire season and work at least 20 hours per week. We’re open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific Time 7 days a week, so you have the flexibility to choose the slots that work best for you, based on availability. As a seasonal employee, you can be eligible for medical coverage, bonuses, and our 401(k) plan.

Training is tops
We receive about 20 to 30 hours of training at the beginning of every season. We cover setting up our PCs, how to work the software, how to research items, and more. If there’s a technology update, our staff will walk us through all we need to know. Everything Intuit does in training makes me feel more prepared to help customers and builds my confidence.
