Hi all, new here, but I am concerned that I haven't worked in years, aprox 10 and am a senior citizen, what do you think my chances are of getting a job and is there any help out there for putting my resume together? Thank you for any and all suggestions?

Hello, my name is aleisha and ijust recently applied for 'sales and customer service through the 'Legacy business development' company . iam 18 and iver never had a job , and the description listed intern and paid training. Many companies these days use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to match resumes to job descriptions. Different applicant tracking systems (ATS) will treat your resume differently. From what I've been told, some can understand certain synonyms, others can't. Some will consider the placement of key words as well as frequency. Hi, So Im 25, I am unemployed did 10 years of volunteer work and worked various paid jobs up until this year. I I am mainly looking at getting a Full-time job (entry-level) in a political advocacy group of some kind or customer service if nothing else, and keeping an open mind. I feel based on my resume ether I would be good working in an advocacy group, campaign work, or as a customer service representative. The problem I have is that I have over 15 Professional references and 3 personal references. Some of these professional references are from 10 years ago and some of them who are teachers are teachers from my community college days and from High School. My other References are more recent. The question I have is do I have too many references? Should I take some of these references off my list? Will this scare potential employers away?
