Updating my resume
I was let go from my last 2 jobs. One just didn't like me after a year and the other let me go after I told them I was pregnant. Neither can I use as a reference but should I put them on my resume? Because of these jobs letting me go I can't seem to find a good company that pays a livable wage. I have an education and job experience. The jobs I've held prior were great jobs that will give me a good reference. How do I move forward?

Am a little stuck...career change
While i am good at volunteering, am afraid of making committments to a job. Only want part time job.

making a resume
i know theirs some good sites out there for making them, but are there any that are genuinely free?

Engineering Roads Is Complicated buisness
Mt Shasta: Hi! I am finally writing you to share a little bit about myself. The AA/gassers in drag racing. A neat car to watch. The staging they perform are like gymnast! The car is either a lop sided mess, or just even. And doing a wheel stand as a traction performance to indicate the performance to expect down the .25 ml. i.e. time of the high 5.00's at under 126 ml per hr... My brother was fired on Friday and landed a new job on Monday.
From five resumes he sent out early on Monday morning, four lead to calls and one of the interviews he had later that day, brought him a new job. It might sound like a short fairy tale with a happy ending, but it isn't as mystical as it sounds. There was no luck, only a measured strategy and a good plan.
Hope this story will help you out!

Interview Advice
I've seen a few posts recently asking for advice about how to do better in interviews. A few things you can do are
- check with local unemployment offices or career counseling centers (some are free) about interviewing classes or practice sessions
- read some of the most common questions and prepare answers (some links below)
- prepare your own questions (Interviews should be two-way conversations. And you can show your interest in the company and preparation by the questions you ask.)
- dress appropriately, take copies of your resume (and portfolio, if appropriate), consider how you present yourself (smile, eye contact, confidence, etc.)
Here are some articles that may help. (I hope others will post suggestions too.)

Resume/Interview help needed
How does a person explain or justify no employment for a 6 month period of time? The absence was due to health issues which rendered me unable to work. Depression/anxiety is still so frowned upon and perceived as being a weak individual. It seems to be a road block in landing a better paying position. Thank you kindly for any assistance!
