I use to work in Silicon Valley as a Electronic Technician I was working at Lockheed as a Tester and now looking for work in this area Mendocino County there are hardly no electronic jobs in this area although there are some in Sonoma County (Santa Rosa area) I would appreciate any help at all or even suggestions. I'm old school so I was troubleshooting down to component level, do don't think there do that any more.

Is there anyone out there with any job leads for the electronics technician position?

I have an associate degree in electronics and I am A+ certified to repair computers. But, I am currently only seeking an electronics technician career.

Would like to do something other than hardware and software support in the IT industry. How can I use my skills to reach for something different in the IT industry? Any ideas?

I am looking for a IT Systems Specialist position. I am best qualified for a Hypervisor environment but willing to do any systems work in all environments. I am looking for a Manager of I.T. or Directors position in I.T./ I have 25 years experience and have managed some significant propjets. I am also open to applying this experience on a consulting basis as well.

How can I check if violating any competitive agreements with my job? I work in IT for a nationally recognized company and for the past few months I have been approached with emails and phone calls from recruiters for another rival or competitor company’s offering me a job opportunities. At first I though the contacts were scams or company insiders testing employee loyalty as a result of the volatile and highly competitive market for qualified IT professionals so I was hesitant. I discovered after many back and forth conversations that the potential offer is real but I’m still holding back in fear of violating my employee contract agreement with my current employer. How can I verify this without tipping off my employer that I’m looking into other jobs?
