Does this field need a booster shot or should the technology stay swept under the rug?

Hello: I am looking for a job as a Trainer for software, technical, IT, applications. I have done this work for 10 years now. I have done every thing from course Instructor, course designer, remote trainer, online, onsite. I am looking for this job in Florida and surrounding areas. However, each time I apply I get rejected. Even if it is a product that I tought before. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
