What traits make the ideal sales rep? Considering getting into sales, but I have conflicting traits that may or may not make me a great fit.

I’ll be attending some job fairs next week and I’m wondering what should I be asking them to gauge their interest and is it acceptable to hand out my resume to different employers whilst there?

As more and more manufacturing jobs migrate to robot automation will that lead to more job loss in the industry? Should I be considering a career change?
