The Part Time Account Sales Representative II is a non-exempt role responsible for providing a high level customer experience within the retail location. The Sales Representative is responsible for sales of Just Energy, deregulated residential gas, electric, and alternative energy products, and services directly to consumers. The primary goal is to acquire new customers and enroll them. The Sales Representative work closely with Program Sales Manager other members of the sales team to determine best practices, maximize customer satisfaction, and support sales and marketing initiatives. The Associate is responsible for fostering and maintaining a positive working relationship within the retail location.
This is a Part Time position designed to acquire new customers and introduce the relevance of Just Energy products and services through direct selling within Weis Markets retail locations. This is a base plus commission position.
- Must be able to approach consumers in a pleasant and persistent manner
- Based on information provided by the customers, discuss and assist customers to match with the most suitable price plan and promotion/incentive that fits their energy needs
- Drive sales within Weis Market retail locations on various Just Energy products
- Supports in-store promotions, and coordinating with the Program Sales Manager and the appropriate personnel
- Communicates benefits compared to the consumers current provider
- Creates first-rate customer experiences
- Maintains sound knowledge of multiple Just Energy products and services

Pay: $17.50 hourly + Uncapped Commissions

Thursday & Friday: 4-8 or 5-9
Saturday & Sunday: 12-6
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
- Excellent communication, oral and write proficient mathematical/analytical skills
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently
