Would you rather work with someone who’s talented but difficult, or someone who’s easygoing but average?

I would prefer to work with someone who knows that teamwork makes the dream work. Wisdom that an educated employee knows best. Leave your ego and your emotions at the door and let’s get the job done.

Talented but difficult would make things a bit difficult to get ahead. Someone who's easy going but average would make things a bit easier. But one has to remember that a job has to be completed. Easygoing is ok but if it slows things down; then, one has to buckle up and move harder.

I’d rather work with someone who’s easygoing but average. Skills can be developed, but attitude is much harder to change. A collaborative, respectful team environment is more productive in the long run than one disrupted by conflict — even if someone is incredibly talented. I’d choose someone who lifts the team, not someone who drains it.
I could work with either, I look for positive opportunities in all situations. We learn from both the good, and bad, whether it's what to do, or what not to do!
