Would you rather work for a small company/start-up or a very large company?

I've done both - a big fish in a small pond or a small fish in a big pond. I liked working for Fortune 500 companies. Even as a little guy, the benefits and rewards are great and my professional growth was broaden and my understanding was deepened as I worked along seasoned and/or high-caliber professionals in many disciplines. There was also more exposures to various systems and applications which are not normally present in small companies.
Small company....that way you get to know people better.
Small company. They have a valid interest in training and the happiness of their employees. They may pay a little less but at the end of the day you are valued
Small company
Small business- your efforts, energy and contributions are appreciated way more than in a large corporation. A big company can pay more but I’m at the point where I prefer happiness over money anyway.
I like mid to large companies.
Large company Fortune500 is best. They have benefits I look for and pay .
