Showing up to work late by an hour by misunderstanding the hiring manager's scheduling technique. I assumed since she knew that I was new on the job that she would make my schedule easy to remember.When I said "easy to remember" I meant give me the same hours worked for the week or at least my starting hours.I actually called the day before and asked for the time that I was scheduled to come into work.
