If a coworker was unfairly criticized in a meeting, would you speak up or stay silent?

I would speak up

I would speak up if someone is being unfairly criticized.

Do unto others as you want them to do you the same treatment

I would ask my co-worker how he/she felt about the criticism first. Then go through the proper outlets to report the person responsible

I'm thinking the same thing Kimberly answer we don't know the story behind the reason for the disrespect so I would let them handle the situation.

I'd first pray ND ask God 🙏 then I would speak up!

Definitely, I feel if a person is in the wrong they deserve criticism. But if they're in the right, they do not. So yes I would definitely say something.

I have corrected factual errors. I have also waited and spoken to managers after the meeting. Some managers do not like being crossed in front of others. But you can't let mistakes lie.

Agree always speak up for those falsely accused and also there is always a way to disagree with someone (s) Use the best possible and diplomatic tone so no one takes offense.
You can’t let people assume incorrectly about a co-worker. Do what is right..wouldn’t you want someone to do the same for you?
