Honestly the people around you make the biggest difference in a place like that. Building good relationships on the floor makes even the toughest shifts more bearable. Setting small personal goals and focusing on getting better at your role over time also helps a lot. Consistent reliable work always gets noticed eventually even when it does not feel that way.
