I have no problem landing positions, or job assignments. But when it come to leaving my current position at a current job, I have problems with the employer of some sort. I don't want put them on blast, but what can I say beside the real truth of leaving my current employer?

Sounds good. D. H.

Tell them you are looking for growth opportunities, talk about how much you want the job you are interviewing for and do research on it. Say nice things about the company and about how you wanted to work there for some time and found what you believe to be the perfect career opportunity. NEVER, EVER say to you have problems with your current employer. People please job interviews are not confessionals, if you bad mouth your employer you won't get any job, I don't care how true it is.

Please I have some problem so I contact you later as soon as possible

Leaving for more hours

I think in this job perfect. for me sorry to. say that other. performance I explain later thanks.

I know that you weren't fired, but the way you approach this is much the same to if you were. You don't badmouth, but simply say that you and the company had different visions for the future. You can find more info on that here. Best of luck Donna Hill !

If you have left a job voluntarily, simply tell a prospective employer that you are pursuing new opportunities. You said that you have no problems landing jobs -- so why is this an issue for you? Also, do you risk being considered a job-hopper? Are you moving around too often? And -- What problems are you having with employers? How to word the reason for resignation may not be your biggest challenge Donna Hill ..
